I absolutely adore boba tea, and Gongcha is one of my go-to spots when I'm craving it. I especially love their taro milk tea. On my recent visit, my drink was prepared in under ten minutes, but unfortunately, they gave me the wrong flavor. It seemed like they confused taro with caramel. While this didn't initially seem like a big deal, my dad's drink, which was my second favorite, turned out to be overly sweet and didn't taste quite right. Yesterday, I placed an online order in advance and was notified that it was ready for pick-up. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, my order was not prepared. Two other customers who came in after me ordered drinks and received them before my order was even started. The lack of customer service when I inquired about my order status was unacceptable. As a result, I will no longer be patronizing this location for my future purchases.
I absolutely love Gong Cha, it's my go-to spot for boba. Despite being a small establishment, the staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. I was initially concerned when I saw the long line, but I was amazed by how quickly they were able to serve everyone. Their hustle really impressed me.

I’ve been drinking boba tea for a long time now. And I have to say, when I first started, Gong Cha was not on my go-to list of favorite places. But I really like them now! Also, this particular location is close by, usually quick with orders, and the drinks are all consistent!
Picked up one bubble tea this afternoon.There are so many boba spots in the fort lee area but i always go back to gong cha for the dirty brown sugar milk tea. It always tastes amazing. They have recently increased the prices due to inflation and 7$ a drink is expensive.
