The menu here is incredible! It was so hard to decide what to order—I spent a good 10 minutes checking out three different places over a few days before finally coming here. So many great options! I went with the Persea Omelette, but they were out of green chile and substituted spinach instead. The omelette was fantastic—huge, fresh, and actually steaming when I cut into it. It was loaded with chicken, cheese, spinach, and more. The house-made salsa was amazing—slightly spicy and the perfect complement.

I finally had the chance to visit Good Evans after wanting to go since they opened. It’s always so busy, and I hadn’t found the time until now. I didn’t realize what I was missing out on—there’s incredible food here! They offer a variety of dishes, from avocado toast to eggs Benedict, and even homemade pop tarts. We came here on a busier Sunday but the wait was only about 20 minutes, and they texted us once the table was ready! Our server was super kind and helped us navigate the many menu options. I had the Nebraska Benedict and it was fantastic! My partner had the biscuits and gravy, and overall we coulnd't have been happier! Bit of a misconception on my end, I thought this was a quick in and out, but it's a full restaurant. Times and prices. Customer service was good, and seating was plentiful. The presentation was good, but the time it took and pricing caught me off guard. (Again, thought it was like Egg and I like a casual breakfast in and out 30 minutes) Food quality is great, it's not like you're getting super overcharged, though.Lots of parking space in the Plaza, and good street access.Did not use restrooms.

'Good ' atmosphere. Servers are friendly and the food is 'good '! When packaging ToGo orders, the black containers your store uses has sharp edges that will easily tear a plastic bag during transport/handling. Fit 3 of those food filled containers in a plastic bag, that is an accident waiting to happen. Advice, use a different container or package your current containers in a paper bag.
Good Evans Breakfast Lunch serves truly delicious food! This is easily the best brunch I've enjoyed in the past seven months. The sweet potato tots on the menu are especially tasty. The service was quick and friendly, making the experience even better. This has definitely become my new favorite brunch spot, and I’ll be returning soon!

It is so cute! I had biscuits and gravy and it was great! Biscuits were nice and thick and the flavor was good. My partner had an eggs bene and he loved it! The service was great for how busy it was. The wait is worth it.

My husband loved the Nebraska Benedict, and I savored the Cambridge. It featured hash browns, ham, bacon, cheese, and two eggs cooked over easy, all topped with Hollandaise sauce. The coffee was excellent.
