I absolutely love this pub! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the new owners and staff are wonderful. I dined here for the first time since moving into the area, and I was impressed. The steak was juicy and cooked exactly to my picky preferences. The homemade chutney was amazing—I need to get the recipe! The hot and freshly made chips were a great touch too; no frozen wedges in sight! Yay! I will definitely be coming back often. Next time, I plan to try the risotto with tiger prawns. I visited for a quick lunch on a Saturday and found the prices to be reasonable for the excellent quality of the food, especially when choosing the set menu. They also offered some great local craft beers on tap.
