A true Asian gem right in Norwalk that you would normally only find in flushing Queens or while traveling in Asia. We scored a table nice and early on a chilly Sunday afternoon and didn't really know what to expect. My Wife I have been fortunate enough to have traveled to China Japan eating our way as we navigated into the Hokkaido district of Japan to snowboard. We ordered quite a few dishes for starters we tried the Dan Dan noodles, while not the typical super spicy burn your taste buds off these noodles were so delicious flavorful apparently these noodles are made w sesame seeds as the owners are considerate of those w peanut allergies they were scrumptious. I absolutely adore this restaurant! You can pick up a delicious Thai tea Boba to enjoy on the go, and it’s incredibly refreshing in this hot weather. In the winter, they serve the best chicken Pho around. Plus, the customer service is outstanding! The staff is wonderfully friendly. As for parking, it’s very convenient!
We discovered this place a while ago, and ever since we've been coming back for the beef pho. We've tried other plates which are also good like the dumplings, ramen and crab rangoon. The owner is sweet and we can always rely that we'll leave Hope feeling full and content. Would definitely recommend!
The broth was underseasoned and lacked flavor, almost like it had been diluted. I was disappointed by that because the noodles and toppings were quite good. The dumplings were enjoyable, and the takoyaki was nice as well. It's just a shame about the broth. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is the most adorable dumpling and ramen spot you can find. The owners are incredibly friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious! The black sesame balls are absolutely heavenly. I often make a 10-mile drive just for a snack! Food: 5/5
Good Hope provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere, complemented by delicious and authentic cuisine. It's one of my top spots for a tasty lunch. My favorites include the Soup Dumplings, Spicy Miso Soup, and Szechuan Dumplings! Food: 5/5
This place was absolutely amazing. The good hope ramen and the pork dumplings were amazing. Staff is very friendly and the service the lovely! They have also given us little gifts!
Nice place with authentic flavors. And it’s BYOB so we picked up a six pack and had a great dinner with cheap drinks. Great food. Will return Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
So tasty and super friendly staff! I always make sure to come here when i'm in Norwalk. The beijing chicken bao is my favorite!
