Easily one of my Top 3 spots to enjoy breakfast/brunch at, in Toronto GTA. This place used to be unbeatable in service and consistent quality of food and selection, prior to Covid. Post-Covid has left the place with different staff and less items to spoil yourself with. There used to be a nice pastry/sweet counter. It is now serving as dust collector in a corner of the restaurant. There used to be a manager who served us that has left a long time ago. Me and my girlfriend went there for brunch at around 1130.The store was fairly busy. No one was in line in front of us, but it took about 5 minutes for them to acknowledge us and get us seated.We order our food.However, I noticed where I was sitting, there was dust, spider webs, and garbage. I actually took a photo for reference. This seat is located in the southwest, close to the kitchen area.Personally, I tried to forget about it, and just focus on the food, however, if the store is not clean, what else can be going on in the kitchen?It didn't take too long for the food to arrive. I had a wonderful experience at Good Morning Friends! It's a spacious brunch spot with plenty of seating. The food was delicious and offered great quality for the price. Although it was quite busy during lunch hours, I still managed to find a seat. The service was prompt, and the eggs benedict were particularly impressive—the eggs were cooked perfectly. I look forward to returning to try more dishes. Just a heads-up, the parking tends to fill up quickly, so if you can, it's best to arrive earlier in the day. They also offer a breakfast special from 7 AM to 9 AM. I highly recommend stopping by for brunch!
It was my first visit to this restaurant, and I will certainly be returning soon! I ordered the waffle special along with a cappuccino, while my boyfriend had the cheeseburger combo. The server was very kind, friendly and patient and everything came out in a timely matter. Overall a good experience, but the food was only okay. The eggs were a little overcooked and everything was pretty bland. The space is very nice and open though.

Over easy medium , too runny!!!!I like the quality of food here but they dont make to order. I ask for over easy eggs but the egg is too runny!
