We’re down from Maine, visiting our daughter. We have custard places in Maine, but Goodberrys frozen custard is better. I’d rate this a solid 4.7 ! I wish they had more than Vanilla Chocolate flavors . . . like Mango, or Raspberry, or even Rhubarb! Outdoor service, with several tables and benches were available! Looking for a spot that has so many different topping to pick from and some mouth watering custard? Well look no more after visiting Goodberries for the first time 3 years ago it has become a staple to visit on a nice day. I also will bring friends or family to try it when they come to visit and everyone immediately becomes hooked on it. The staff is always so kind and helpful. They offer daily flavors. This is a classic spot for ice cream (I know it's technically frozen yogurt). Enjoying your treat in the seating area creates a lovely ambiance. My mom used to bring me here after church when I was a child, and now, after about ten years away, I've moved back to the Cary area. The place feels exactly the same as I remember.
I really enjoy the creamy texture of frozen custard. I liked the chocolate chip mint flavor, but I found the plain chocolate to be a bit too rich for my taste; it had a strong dark chocolate flavor when I was hoping for more of a milk chocolate taste. first time trying goodberrys everyone was super friendly! i got the almond delight sundae. it was delicious, super cold despite the heat, and overall wonderful. not too sweet. parking is a bit of a beast if you're unfamiliar and in a larger vehicle; but relatively easy.
20 minutes in and out, even on a crazy busy Tuesday night with a swim team crowd 20+ deep in line. The 5 servers working the orders pumped out my 2 concrete custards 'to go ' with experience and quality! A popular spot for graduates and families tonight too!
My kids and I love coming to Goodberry’s Frozen Custard. They could taste the difference. The price is good and we could hang out and have family bonding here while we enjoy the tasty frozen delights they offer. Five star rating for us.
