I have been visiting this location at least once a week for about a year. When I was checking out, I clearly communicated my order to the girl at the register, confirming three times that the sub sacks included drinks and chips, and that I had five extra cookies. However, when I went to grab my chips, she shouted across the room that she hadn't charged me for them. Without a receipt to verify my purchase, I couldn’t confirm what I had requested. They then accused me of stealing the chips and treated me in a very rude manner. I will never return to this restaurant again.
Wow, this place is fantastic! The bread is incredibly soft, just like how Subway used to make it. The deli meat is freshly sliced, the vegetables are crunchy, and the mayo is tasty. We didn't even need chips because the sandwich was so generously stacked. Plus, they offer free refills on soda. I might even go back for dinner today—it's that good!
