update they have completely updated the sauna. brand new. very impressive and grateful for the investment. rezeption staff was as friendly as ever. really poor center. the budget nuffield I visited, and will not hurry to sign alone. this center had little to no investment because the peculiarity of cannons was changed. the showers and the sauna are from a low standard and the wooden walls of the sauna are rotted and fall away. the showers range from extremely powerful to a pathetic dribbel and have old control systems. this center is not a private wellness club, more from a departure local free time center with the amenities to prove it. if they are serious about health and fitness, they are...
I haven’t tried any classes or the spin room yet, but the gym is spacious and well-equipped with plenty of machines. The equipment is definitely aging, but it’s professional-grade and well maintained. The changing rooms are large, always spacious, and equipped with replacement locks that use electronic payment combinations for convenience. The showers are functional and have a slightly unattractive design, but the water is always hot, which is the most important thing, and there’s always shampoo and shower gel available. I never thought I would become a regular fitness member, but if I continue here, I might just stick with it. The team is incredibly helpful and friendly.
I was shown around by the manager, Pippa, who was very professional and friendly. Because of her, I decided to sign up for a membership. I’m on a rolling monthly contract for £70, and I can cancel after 2 months. The pool is 20 meters long, which I really like. I appreciate the locker system, as it doesn’t require a lock, key, or coin. While it’s not as flashy as some studios in London, it’s functional for my needs, especially the pool. The app is convenient for booking in advance, and it opens at 6:30 a.m., which allows me to swim before work. The peak hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on weekends, it’s quite busy as well.
