Gorokan Chickens Salads

GOOD FRIDAY DON’T GO!! Extremely disappointed, called earlier in the day to check what was the latest time we could order so we weren’t ordering too late for them so they could clean up and close, was told at the latest 6:45pm as they closed at 7pm. We attempted to call numerous times from 6:30pm to order our food, so earlier then discussed and they had taken the phone off the hook. Went down to see them at 6:40pm and were still open, only to be told they are not taking any more orders and that they had disconnected the phone! I could understand if this was not pre arranged but called specifically asking to help and make sure the order had time to go through. This is NOT good customer servic...

Phone order. Told and spelt our name. Still got it wrong. Wanted a large chips,scallops and fish. Said it 3 times. No chips on the order. Was fixed up when we arrived. Was good food. Just such a stuff up Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 1
