The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. We didn't have to wait long for a table, which was wonderful since we didn't have a reservation. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable.
I am always satisfied whenever I eat at Wasai. However, I make sure to reserve a table in advance, as this Japanese restaurant is quite popular and gets busy.
