overall the experience was bad, as the mobile app was not user-friendly and had no descriptions for menu points that makes it difficult to make a choice. had to ask a waiter on physical menus. the service was also very slow, ordered 4 drinks to the table and only two arrived. we had to go to the bar to check and only then were the other drinks made. it was also said that coca cola had run out, so I had to choose something else. this should be reflected in the app. drinks also overpriced. it appeared the restored were underoccupied as the staff appeared very stressed and disturbed both at the bar, etage and kitchen. the idea of having a food bar is nice, but under a kitchen with minimal staff...

the service was shocking. coffee was cold and returned. the orders were mixed and sent back. would be a nightmare for allergic.
