gourmet china cook is the best Chinese takeaway in south london. I have been eating for almost 5 years takeaway from gourmet china cook. they prepare big foods, prices are brilliant and portions are very generous (especially as a meal box.) super customer service from the dame behind the theke. no delivery option, however, ring before to place and avoid their order, wait for Friday and Saturday evenings.
this Chinese take is the best I ever had. I am a regular customer and I have tried to liter different dishes. my favorites are the chicken soup, fried chili-squid, shredded berf, sweet and acidic huh. Never a little escape. the small Chinese lady who takes the orders works incredibly hard and always very beautiful. I couldn't get higher, take that away.
I've been here for years. food quality and standard have not changed. the food is delicious well cooked always fresh and hot. the shop is clean from what you can see from the front, there is a small window that you can see in the kitchen and it is also quite clean. my only mistake is that there are no deliveries.
Been a customer for more that 10 years .but last nights service was terrible the food was burnt and tasted bad I called and was told to bring the food back at 10.45pm with my young child because she needs to see the chef and show them ..when they close at 11 .I will never order from this place again ..rude woman Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Been coming here for 25 years and it's going down hill. I've completely stopped eating from here now after being accused of lying about what I Want to eat and embarrassed in front of customers. I ordered one item, so surely I know what I wanted to eat. Poor customer service really put me off coming here
The Best Chinese takeaway in South London. Portion sizes are huge, quality of food is very good and the taste is amazing. Staff are super polite and always friendly. I can not recommend this more, if you are passing by, check it out.
Food was good as for the service there was only one call handler but 7 in the kitchen on what was a busy Saturday night at 5pm
