The food is overpriced, the customer service is awful, and the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. The fish section has a questionable smell. They also seem to exploit customers by putting items that are past their prime on sale. If you take a moment to stop and compare prices at nearby stores, you'll quickly realize just how much they are overcharging you. I can't wait for bingo! Unfortunately, Kolsave is also owned by them, which explains why the prices there have gone downhill as well.
This is a typical kosher supermarket. I stopped by to pick up 10 bags of ice for a party. The store is quite cramped, with narrow aisles and high prices. It doesn't appear to be very clean. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, charging $4 for a small bag of ice? Seriously? The parking situation is terrible, and it's tough to find a spot. Overall, I'm not a fan of Gourmet Glatt and wouldn't return unless absolutely necessary.

It's well-stocked with a wide variety of items, including produce, fruits, vegetables, sweets, snacks, beverages, cereals, and much more. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's even more to discover beyond what I've mentioned!

The service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful. The food was superb and was well-packed with cold packs, staying perfectly fresh for the trip to New London.
The prices here are outrageous and absurd. Just take a look at the product prices at Gourmet Glatt in Lakewood or Brooklyn compared to the 5 Towns location!
Terrible customer service. No one offers assistance, and it seems like they don't care at all since they have no competitors. I recommend staying away!
Keep your receipt. Regardless of how spoiled the food is, you won't be able to return it without the receipt, and you'll end up losing your money.
