I almost only write positive reviews because I love supporting businesses, but this was so bad it made me cry at the table (was I over tired? yes. was the service also bad? yes) We pre ordered a paella that needed to be pre ordered (it takes 90 mins) and the order was apparently never received. The hostess said they never received it, didn 't explain what happened, and didn 't offer a solution or apologize—didn 't apologize to us one time during this whole experience. We traveled from the US and specifically selected a few restaurants, this being one of them. We stopped in to get lunch after the place was recommended to us. We waited in the foyer for a table for 10 minutes while the staff ignored us. We then asked for a table inside and the waiter rudely told us that they were fully booked (the restaurant was empty). We were really excited to try the paella here but we left because the service was not good.
An elegant restaurant in the upscale Eixample neighborhood, with polished service and very good food. The paella Valenciana was delicious and authentic; the prawns we had as a first course were as fresh as can be. Excellent wines too.

Un lugar muy recomendable para comer. Con una cuidada estética exterior que no defrauda cuando te sientas a probar sus platos. Hemos comido fenomenal!
