Wir waren an einem Samstagabend im Juni 2023 im Goya Onda. Als wir ankamen, haben wir direkt angestanden, um zu bestellen. Wir haben über 40 Minuten gewartet, bis wir an der Bar waren, haben unser Essen bestellt und sind mit unseren Getränken und einer Tüte Chips zurück zum Tisch. Nach 45 Minuten Wartezeit auf die Gerichte bin ich freundlich zur Bar gegangen, um nach unserer Bestellung zu fragen. Der sehr nette Kellner ging in die Küche nachfragen. Der zuständige Küchenmitarbeiter kam und antwortete mir schnippisch: „Im Goya Onda muss man Zeit mitbringen, und wenn es Ihnen nicht passt, gibt es den McDonald's in Bulle.“ Der Kellner war über diese unhöfliche Antwort ebenso überrascht! We stayed one night at Goya Onda with our 3 children and we can only recommend this place, especially to parents for whom finding a family hotel at a decent price is mission impossible. It’s a very kid-friendly place with a games area for children (and peace of mind for parents), a pleasant location by the lake and reasonable prices for both dinner and overnight stay. Charming place and very welcoming staff. I spent 2 nights with my friend and not only did we eat incredibly well, but we were also treated to 2 particularly cute kittens. Small downside on the condition of the bedroom balcony filled with bird droppings. I would have settled down but oh well. The location is ideal for visiting the region and then relaxing peacefully.
