After visiting the Thor Heyerdahl pyramid site, we wanted some food and this cafeteria is only about 75 metres away. It was very welcoming and the very friendly staff tolerated our unplanned abuse of their language, as we cannot speak much Spanish! The food is done on a daily basis, so the extensive menu (available in numerous languages, including English) may not always be available. We made our choices, which were available and the portion sizes were very satisfactory, so much so, that it is easy to overeat here! Servicio rápido y eficiente. Es verdad que fui por tema de trabajo y al acabar, tomé un barraquito al ver a la gente contenta con la comida y servicio. Me gustó. Está vez medio desayuno, barraquito en su punto y bizcochón casero. Como en casa. Sigo visitanándolo.

It is a local gem just few steps from the Pyramids landmark. The portions are huge (soups, risotto) and Octopus looks and tastes great. Don’t pass by, it is worth a visit!!
