I made a last-minute decision to grab some BBQ chicken for lunch. I ended up paying $20 for a half chicken, which was pricey but understandable since it was Christmas day. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the chicken. It was not what I would consider BBQ chicken - it was pale, tasteless, and lacking in seasoning. It seemed like it was simply cooked without much effort. Overall, I wish I hadn't bothered trying this place out. On the positive side, I will give them credit for good customer service and for maintaining a clean shop.
Ok last minute decision, to pop in to see if they had any BBQ Chickens left for lunch. Got a size Chicken paid because its Christmas Day. Not a problem....but wouldn't call it BBQ Chicken more like anemic pale, tasteless chicken with extremely...minamal stuffing. And just cooked.Wish I hadn't had bothered. First timer at this takeaway. Give point for good customer service and for clean shop.
I usually eat here when my kids want takeout. The food is good and the staff is friendly. It's a family-owned business and they always greet us by name and take care of us. The fries are amazing and the chicken is always juicy. The team is great and the prices are reasonable. Thank you.
