Horrible service. Waited 20+ minutes in line and couldn?t order through the sign?s intercom so we waited to order at the window. Some kid calling herself a manager said we?d have to pull around and wait an additional 20 minutes in line becausestore policy requires orders to be taken through the intercom. 4 young kids in our car already already tired from waiting andthe rude worker (McKenzie) wouldn?t even hear us out. I kept trying to explain that we only wanted a single pint that needed nowork, and would only take her 10 seconds to grab. When the other, older manager arrived, I showed him the picture and asked if they could match the colors. He replied that they could but started to go off on a tangent about how they could only do basic designs and that I would likely be disappointed with what I was requesting. The two managers began to talk over each other, with the first manager suggesting they might be able to create something similar if I sent the picture to the bakers.

Always great ice cream delivered with friendly service. The kids had shakes and I had a sundae, and we all enjoyed it very much! The service was fast and the staff were all nice, sharing jokes with the kids. This is a great location with reliable service,easily my favourite in the Cincinnati area. Update: I've been coming here for many years and seen many staff come and go.Regardless of who's behind the counter, the service is consistently fast and friendly!
Okay ice cream but Liam is the star attraction. His dedication to the scoop industry is second only to his knowledge of the buisness. I was blown back by his exquisite culinary decisions in The Liam Special . Some say be is the Einstein of ice creambut I say he is the Ghandi. I am consistently receiving the wrong orders, and I have never been fully refunded for the correct items. This is extremely disappointing. If I had the option, I would definitely avoid ordering this way. I just want to be able to treat my boys without the ongoing hassles and disappointments.
This location is always well staffed and everyone is friendly. They're quick to take your order and get it ready. The drive thru is nice too when you're not in the mood to go inside.
When the manager overhears me say oh there out of ???? In the bakery section... He says hold on and he brings out some from the back... That 's quality service!!
The staff there are always so nice and provide very good service. This is my go to spot for ice cream!
