I love Graeter's, especially at this location, but today we had a terrible experience. Usually, visiting Graeter's is a special treat for us, but during this visit, we ordered two sundaes. While they were being prepared, we went to pay the bill, and an older woman rang it up. She kept pushing the $5.00 Cancer Cure promotion, which we declined multiple times. Eventually, we agreed just to get through the transaction. By that time, our ice cream treats were ready, but the woman struggled to ring up the order correctly. It took her three attempts, and she had to call the store manager over twice before we could finally pay. When we went to enjoy our ice cream, we found it was more like soft ser...
I had an amazing experience at this location. I am from Indiana and my Ohio friends insisted that I experience the magic at Graeter's and magical it was... The service was phenomenal; the staff was inviting and personable. The variety was delightful. The ice cream was superb, rich, and decadent. The next time I am in town, I will visit again.
There's always a perfect moment for ice cream, and Graeter's never lets me down! I love experimenting with different flavors, but I usually opt for the Buckeye Blitz, while my husband consistently chooses chocolate chip. I haven't sampled their chocolates, truffles, or pastries yet, but I’m sure they’re excellent!

During my first visit to Cincinnati, I had the pleasure of trying Graeter's for the first time. They have an excellent variety of options, and the staff was incredibly friendly. In addition to ice cream, the shop also offers chocolates and baked goods.
I would rate this restaurant a perfect 10/10! The service was outstanding, and my server, Nolan, really made the experience special. It's clear that he is dedicated and puts in a lot of effort!
I stopped by to grab a few pints since there's no Graeter's where I live. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was delighted to find it open at 9 AM!
