I had a disappointing experience with the People Partner, Lin, who is supposed to support our area. When I approached her about inappropriate behavior from my manager, she suggested that I might need mental health assistance and implied that I was too sensitive, especially given the male-dominated environment. During our conversation, she seemed confused and at times incoherent. It's troubling that she would dismiss my concerns about my manager's inappropriate actions and instead suggest that I'm the one who needs help. It feels like she is the one who truly needs support.
