I used to visit this restaurant weekly when I lived in the area and everything was delicious. This year, for a special occasion, my partner and I decided to stop by and I was hoping the quality would still be as good as it was over 5 years ago. It was my partner's first time visiting and he loved it. He raved about the sandwich, the muffins, and even said the chocolate chip cookie was the best he had ever tasted. Coming from the south, he was skeptical about the corn muffins until he tried them and loved them. The sandwiches and salads at this restaurant are very good. You can order at the counter, but the place is friendly and welcoming. They offer water and soda, but no alcohol. You can also buy bread to take home. There are parking spaces in the back that are usually easy to find. I would give this place up to 4 stars. The sandwiches are still good, but the apple salad has too much apple and is too sweet. The service is also slow. We ate outside and it took 15 minutes to get our food.
Everything was delicious. The avocado on top of the thick multigrain toast was a generous portion. The salad was fresh and the homemade croutons and dressing added great flavor.
Although the portion size is modest, the restaurant is quite pricey. However, it is worth the indulgence due to the incredibly fresh ingredients perfectly prepared.
The soups at this restaurant are excellent. I have tried the avocado toast multiple times and it is always delicious. The sandwiches are also quite tasty.
Always tastes very fresh and every item Ive tried from here is good. Soups are always good, salads are great and sandwiches are great.
