A cozy place in the living Rue Mouffetard. A fine and elegant cuisine based on tofu in all its fried, firm, home-made silky forms, Umami flavors and elaborate dishes. Great desserts and drinks based on vegetable milk. We feel a real passion for the owner to talk about his recipes. If you think tofu has no taste you have to go but if you’re a tofu lover you have to go too!
Le meilleur matcha latte de Paris et de loin, leur lait de soja est incroyable. J’ai aussi acheté leur lait de sésame en bouteille, une tuerie aussi bien froid que chaud.
