La verdad es que ya no sé cuántas veces he venido a este restaurante, es un clásico. Enclavado en un pueblo realmente bonito, Puente Viesgo, rodeado de un paisaje excepcional, y las cuevas de montecastillo tocando prácticamente . La comida es realmente rica, clásica con un toque innovador, desde los entrantes y los primeros hasta los postres estaba todo delicioso con una relación calidad precio excelente. El servicio es maravilloso, es como el de antes. Hay un metre, David, sí en efecto, es el que apareció en Masterchef..... con toda una vida de experiencia a sus espaldas que dirige el restaurante con atención personalizada pero sin resultar pesado. Experiencia decepcionante. Cocina regular con presentación de platos de entrada que no debieran haber sacado a mesa por su baja calidad y servicio extraordinariamente lento. En su favor el que después de la protesta por lo anteriormente indicado, reconocieron su error y no fue cobrado su importe.
