Ich kann es freuen, dass ein Café von Zeit zu Zeit beschäftigt ist, aber zu dem Zeitpunkt, als ich serviert wurde, erscheinte es nicht, dass er nicht beschäftigt war, um zu warten, dass sie mit dieser Zeitdauer für ein geröstetes Hühner- und Käse-Sandwich warten. Es gab auch den atehrten erwähnten Mangel an Entschuldigung für das Warten. Das ist das am wenigsten, was gemacht worden sein könnte; Ein einfaches "Entschuldigung für das Warten". Stattdessen wurde ich die braune Papiertüte mit seinem Inhalt der Dame hinter der Theke mit einem ausdruckslosen Look bestanden.

I can appreciate that a cafe` can get busy from time to time, but at the time I was being served it did not appear busy enough to warrant waiting that length of time for a toasted chicken and cheese sandwich. There was too the afore mentioned lack of apology for the wait. That's the very LEAST that could have been done; a simple "sorry for the wait". Instead I was passed the brown paper bag with its contents by the lady behind the counter with an expressionless look.
Fortunately the toasted sandwich was tasty, but the time it took to get to me and the sub-par customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth, and based on the response I'm getting from their online representative now I don't...
The Grand Boulevard Cafe is now under management of Doug, a Scottish butcher who makes his own Scottish foods. Not only can you buy the haggis, sausages, pies etc but you can dine in. Scottish (and other nationalities too) breakfasts, burgers, haggis suppers, fish suppers, all generous serves and delicious. The coffee is really really good, but you can have Irn Bru if you prefer. One of our favourite places to eat. Braveheart burger is great!

Der schottische Bry-Up war. Gute, besonders der schwarze Pudding. Größter von mir war der Kaffee, wenn man bedenkt, dass sie eine gute Marke haben, es sollte viel besser sein.
The Scottish fry up was.good, especially the black pudding. Biggest let down for me was the coffee, considering they have a good brand, it should be much better.
