I've been eating there for a while but the last time I went there I saw rats running around in the kitchen at the corner of my eye I told him to cancel my order. The nasty Chinese guy told me that I couldn't cancel my order because it was on credit card. I don't know how businesses like this survive in my neighborhood ..they come around here and try to take all of our money but they don't want to give us service like a community. Going to go back to Virginia
The young lady who takes your order got really upset with me because I wanted my lettuce and tomato on the side! She then charged me for a whole sub instead of half. When I corrected her, she tried to say it was for the cheese....WTH??? She then screamed at me and said I Don 't Like You! I WILL NEVER GO TO GRAND CHINA AGAIN....HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ??????
The restaurant was clean, but the food was just average for the price I paid. I didn’t even order any drinks. I won’t be coming back. No thanks. As for parking, there was plenty available; it was almost empty.
Food was horrible, I ordered Kung Pao Chicken and it didn’t have any taste nor was it spicy as I asked for Extra Hot. There were no peppers or onions only carrots and celery. Garbage and wouldn’t recommend ?? Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
A friend referred us to this spot after we had a bad experience with another carryout. I love it! Their steak cheese eggrolls are bomb and their fried wings never disappoint.
The food was not fresh; the sauce on my chicken and broccoli had a jelly-like consistency and tasted old. Additionally, I found a piece of metal in it!
It gets the job done... Once you get past the wife's somewhat snarky attitude you'll find the food is halfway decent and worth coming back for.
