Coming for a 3-week treatment, we appreciated the location of the hotel near the thermal baths and the direct access, the pleasant surprise of the particularly tasty and original diet meals, and above all, the friendliness of all the staff we met. The room was comfortable, a good 160 bed, with plenty of storage. In terms of criticism, a small refresh of the hotel is necessary: paints and carpets to be changed in the rooms and common areas and the lighting in the dining room, very gloomy, and even insufficient outside. Everything was perfect. The staff are very pleasant and attentive to our needs, both at reception and in the restaurant and the room cleaning ladies. There is one important thing, lack of air conditioning in the elevator, the corridors and especially in the rooms. We were hot despite the curtains which protected us well. Knowing that we are going to get hotter and hotter, this will become a necessity to take into account. Otherwise, everything was OK. Very calm in any case. We were lulled by the river, it was pleasant. Thank you to all the staff for whom I will keep very good memories.
A massive, little bit old fashioned but truely delightfull hotel. Remarquably friendly, especially for France. All the staff welcomes you with a warm smile, it is more than just a business. Large rooms ,always warm water in the shower, wifi, a marvelous wellness center (Free! and real good cooks in the restaurant. We were surprised by so much warmth and quality in a ski resort. Big thumbs up!
Perfect restaurant, the food is very good and delicious, the room is magnificent, the staff takes great care. Top standing, prices are reasonable except for the wine. A second less positive experience due to disorganization linked to the lack of qualified staff which is unfortunately the same everywhere but the room manager made up for it magnificently.
