Went there for lunch on Saturday. Was on waiting list but not for too long. There were 2 of us, we ordered 2 different soup bases. Their hotpot is a big one that can be divided to two sections, no grill. The meat portion is big. Soup is a bit too salty. There's a sauce bar to create your own. We love the chopped green onions and garlic. There is a large variety of canned drinks self served from the refrigerator. Their ice cream is also self served with 4 different flavors. I like mango and saseme ice cream. For the price we paid, well worth it.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have always had a great experience. I particularly recommend trying the spicy broth and the steak. The appetizers and additional menu items are also delicious, and we felt that the portion sizes were worth the price. My family enjoys coming here for birthdays and other special occasions, even though it is a bit pricier than our usual dining spots. However, the quality of the food makes it worth it. Additionally, it is nice that they stay open late for those late-night cravings.

Broth had good flavor. Meat is sliced paper thin. We had prime beef, lamb and pork belly (looks like bacon slices), which had the best flavor. $23.99 for lunch and $32.99 for dinner (might be $33.99).lots of different veggies. Dinner has the seafooditems. My issue with this lunch menu is there is no fresh seafood offered. First time at this place w/reservation and it took awhile to seat us. No explaining how ordering works. Place seems popular and price is decent. Don't know if I'll go back.
Came for lunch on a Saturday. Omg seriously did not expect them to have the best xlb in the bay area. I hate it when other places put ginger w the meat- they don't! It tastes very good and I am a picky eater. For hotpot, I will say the meat is on the lower quality side thus the cheaper price. Price does include canned drinks and ice cream. Very good deal for $24. A meal these days cost at least 15 w drinks n desert easily 25 bucks! What a hole in the wall !

One of the outstanding features of this restaurants is that it's open late. The other choices being Taco Bell, McDonald's. We had the chow mein, rock cod , and rice, which were okay.
All you can eat fresh meat and vegetables plus drinks! We had Sake and beers with our dinner. Highly recommended ????
