The services are not at all up to the standard of a 4 star: the window of the room, number 004, faces a wall, the curtains in the bathroom have large moldy stains, breakfast does not arrive not even close to a budget Ibis because the pastries are stale, what is supposed to be hot is barely lukewarm.
