The quality of the dishes served is excellent, offering an interesting taste experience. However, the level of service leaves something to be desired, reminiscent of a basic pizzeria. The waitress had no knowledge of wines and recommended a wine that did not go well with our dish at all. It was a disappointment. Additionally, the restaurant's decor seems inappropriate for its ambiance. In addition, the price of 4 euros for a carafe of filtered water seems inappropriate. What a disappointment... we love discovering new restaurants and have had wonderful surprises (see reviews) but here, the calculations are not good in terms of quality/price/quantity ratio! It's not indulgent enough, not tasty enough, not subtle enough. A line bass where the olive adds just a few black grains...A nicely cooked pollack but a tasteless garnish. Cold. A tasty coriander sorbet but 1 piece of pear cut into 3... And no food/wine pairings, which seems inconceivable on a 59 euro menu! What a pity.
An exquisite discovery full of beautiful surprises on each plate. A cuisine of very, very high quality and a touch of audacity for the pleasure of our taste buds. I would add that the welcome and the quality of the service match the artists in the kitchen.
