Been coming to granny's my whole life and so when I was recently home to visit family this weekend I decided it's been way too long since I have had a Granny's donut. Was it a good idea to come here, I'm not entirely sure because I feel like they put all the donut places around me here in Denver to shame; so really I just had a taste of what I'm missing out on a day to day basis. Dang their donuts are FRESH! We just got 6, and I went with a crumb raised...omg so fresh and airy. Like it had to have been made within the past idk hour or so...wow. The last two times we have gone we have gotten at least one donut that is raw in the middle.They have also grabbed the wrong donut we asked for the last two times. The first I let it be thinking I said it wrong, but I know today I said blueberry cake and she gave a plain cake.We had good experiences when we first moved here but the last few times it has been something.Plus the cash only is a negative.
I think it's safe to say Best Donuts in town. I miss going late at night, hopefully if the community gets safe, we can have businesses stay open later again!

They do take credit or debit cards. The croissants/ donuts were fresh and the service was great.
Love the donuts and they always have a line but you’re still in and out in under 3 mins.
Granny's is a great local spot for anyone picking up a quick bite while on the go.
