Everything about this place is amazing. I stopped in for an espresso to go, I never get flavored drinks, but after seeing their lattes I had to try one. It was so good I had to grab one for the wife and came back the next day for breakfast. The donut latte is unbelievable, it tastes exactly like a cake donut. They have my two favorite donuts on display, french crullers and old fashioned sour cream. I got the latter and it was the best sour cream donut I've ever had. We got their breakfast sandwiches and they were all perfect, classic flavors with a little extra to step it up a level. The decor of the place is beautiful, even the cups are attractive. I had been wanting to try The Copper Hen for a while, as I was intrigued by their restaurant group. I finally had the chance to visit Gray Fox and had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere at their Skywalk location is bright and airy, with a variety of seating options from comfy deck chairs to tables for larger groups. The drinks were delicious, well-crafted, and reasonably priced. The servers were attentive and made sure to check on us regularly. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, as I had expected just a typical counter service experience. I will definitely be returning!
A pleasure. At 915 a.m. on a July weekday, Grey Fox was thrilled with young professionals with informal networking and mentoring meetings. Maybe had a couple of coffee appointments? On this particular morning, a man, a woman and a baby sojourner thought of some fuel before continuing their middle road along the Mississippi. She ordered a Chia pudding and a latte. He ordered a horchatta cold brew and a double shot of espresso. The baby was asleep. It was the perfect cosmopolitan tension three hours ago on the way to the Trail Head for the Prairie du Chien Effigy Mounds.
Super cool and hip place. Modern vibe. The large atrium it is located in is super chill and it makes it easy to work on things and to catch up. Basically the perfect place that you’d want in a downtown coffee shop. It has cool (and tasty) drinks and a nice happy hour (3-6 daily) with deals on wine and food. The atrium gray fox is located in has games and books to relax with. Overall a bomb place that people should 100% check out. also every time I have been here the staff has been amazingly nice and helpful

I have visited this coffee shop twice and it has quickly become my favorite in town. The coffee here is exceptional, both in presentation and flavor. Each drink strikes the perfect balance between sweetness and coffee taste. It is evident that the employees put their heart into making each cup. The ambience is perfect, with a minimalist design and cozy couches. I wish I worked downtown so I could visit this place every day!
Great, unique concoctions here — like the Donut-Latte, made by soaking a donut in milk overnight and then a latte! The drinks also come with charming little foam art with a special template, and that must count for something. (See picture below for the spicy pumpkin art on my pumpkin chai latte a few weeks ago. They also sell Cardigan Donuts, which are the best donuts in the world.
I live in the daymark apartments where they just opened their new location. I walked by the downtown location but I never stopped for a drink. This isn't your traditional coffee shop, they are very creative, experimental, have different flavors. The staff is also great, very kind and generous. 10/10. Recommended my friends and will definitely recommend others to try it out.
I love this place in the morning. Koen, Jay, and Andrew are always on point and their Breve is heavenly. The espresso and half and half balance is just right. Thank you, fellas!
