The staff were very efficient and friendly and their service was good. Food came out in a decent amount of time but not so fast that it was suspicious. The atmosphere of the place was also nice. However the food itself was really disappointing. My friend and I shared two pasta dishes, the Melanzane e Noci (aubergine and walnut ragu), and the stracchino e pistacchio (pistachio fondue Italian fennel sausage). The melanzane was fine, it was nothing to write home about but it wasn’t bad, the sauce wasn’t particularly rich and flavourful but it was inoffensive and was the better of the two dishes. I wanted to go to Chatsworth House and so spent two nights here at Sheffield. Seems quite a few Italian restaurants around. Came here the first night but they were full house, so i booked and came for lunch before I left Sheffield TOTALLY WORTH IT! Very nice pasta (ragu , nice pistachio tirimisu, and friendly staff. I just visited Italy last year and this restaurant definitely replicates the food quality there. Would come here every time whenever visiting Sheffield again! Really delicious food that is sourced thoughtfully, cooked perfectly, and all served by members of this very warm friendly Italian family. We loved it. I had the Parma ham and fig starter, pulled lamb and pasta main with spinach leaves. My friends had prawn main which they said was 10/10 and v v good. We shared the panacotta, with Italian cherries, the orange and ricotta pie, and the homemade pistachio ice cream. Each course was excellent. Puddings were sublime.
Absolutely brilliant genuine Southern Italian restaurant.. Incredible tasty food prepared by an amazing chef.. Fresh pasta their specialty. I went on a belated Father’s Day treat with my daughter and was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and exquisitely presented with service second to none! Birthday Lunch Amazing food! I loved how the menu explained about all the different homemade pasta. The sauces were delicious. My grandaughter is gluten intolerant and they made her a lovely pasta dish. We all cleared our plates. My dessert Nun's Boobs! was as light as a feather. Would thoroughly recommend
Food was nice, but for the price it was nothing to write home about. Mainly knocked down because charged £3.75 for a bottle of tap water and there was a 12.5% service charge that wasn’t mentioned on the menu. I hope that service charge is going to staff tips!
Food is fine. Not amazing for the price. Felt quite hurried. Staff filled up our water and wine glasses every time it was low. Some people might like that but it interrupted our conversation alot.
Authentic, excellent Italian food, friendly staff. In my case, it's been a go-to (and lifesaver) for Italians on long trips to Sheffield who get bored of English food after a few days.

We had a lovely night food was great. We had a excellent waitress called Natalia who made the experience even better. Very attentive and informative.
