The Republic Road location was my favorite, but the one on Battlefield is also great. I like their “naked” taco option with avocado, which is healthy, and I appreciate that they offer herbal protein choices here in Springfield. My children enjoy eating here too, especially since they can get a vegan taco, which is hard to find elsewhere. We've already recommended this place in our clinics—they are professional and accommodate our dietary restrictions. Plus, they are quick and affordable.

I went to the Taco Co. Saturday. I was really impressed with the service food. The salsas were very good. The queso dip as well, was good. I had the hard shell beef tacos the jerk soft tacos. Very good! The servers were very friendly helpful making my visit a nice one. This is one of the better Mexican restaurants in Springfield I would recommend to anyone! To any first timers, try it. You'll really love this place! ???
My family and I celebrated Mother's Day at The Great American Taco Company and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and our server, Noah Hughes, offered exceptional service, consistently attentive throughout the evening. We truly enjoyed ourselves, making it the perfect conclusion to our Mother's Day. Many thanks to the staff at The Great American Taco Company for a memorable dining experience.
Interesting how this company has such high reviews. For the $40 (not including tip) you get an eighth of a cup of beans, an eighth of a cup of rice a taco filled with lettuce an I think I tasted 2 shrimp. The staff was kind enough but rest assured you won't get a second glass of tea. I was sure we were going to have to stop at a fast food restaurant on the way home. I don't recommend and I won't return.
My friends and I had lunch at the recently opened Great American Taco on Republic. The service was excellent and Sam was truly amazing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning!

I really enjoyed this restaurant, but I ordered the taco salad today and was surprised by how small it was. It used to completely fill the container!
