They have the lightest, most tender tofu dishes of any Chinese restaurants that I know. We are big fans of the Sesame Tofu and Sizzling Tofu, and they'll do Orange Tofu on request. The vegetable side dishes are very fresh and nicely seasoned, and I look forward to post-Covid times when we can enjoy dining in the restaurant again--it is large and bustling.
