Pho sucks! Waiter acted like he didn't want anyone to dine in hence I was the only person there. Tax seems to be at 10% since food amount was a total of $13 and came to $16 with tax. Should of listened to my gut feeling and left after the awkward vibe in the beginning.

This place makes phenomenal Vietnamese egg rolls.I've never had a bad meal, but the egg rolls are next level.
