a group of us went for brunch at the location pasadena. the host welcomed us friendly and welcoming and sat in our preferred seating area. our waiter was amazing! he was friendly, professional and offered several recommendations for our Brunch collection. we ordered the mimosa kit that is perfect for a party of 5. our waiter was very attentive and absolutely wonderful all the time we were there. the food was delicious and the ambiente was perfect for our business Brunch gathering. I would definitely recommend this place.
I’m the past, I’ve always enjoyed the food at Great Maple. Unfortunately, it want the case this time. While the maple donuts were amazing as always, we were disappointed with everything else. The Hot Chicken sandwich had almost no sauce, the falafel was dry and had no sauce and only a sliver of pickled vegetables.
The food was good and beautifully presented. It’s a nice-looking restaurant and everyone was very professional. The only problem was that it was riotously noisy. I think this was due to they were hosting several Christmas parties. Probably not the norm. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
When our party of 12 (conference attendees) arrived early for our reservation and the hostess asked us to return in an hour, we witnessed the manager graciously intervene and find a solution that worked. That was an example of a functional system. Cudos to the team there in Pasadena.

reliable good food and excellent service. outdoor heated terrace with generous social distance is the great attraction for both men and women who want to join, but still want to avoid closed rooms.
Took 15 minutes for my table to be greeted, restaurant was empty, tables were dirty. Food was good, but not good enough to excuse the lack of service.
Our reservation was essential. The food and service were fantastic! The ambiance was lovely
celebrate my friends 40 and they enjoyed so much! the personal is always great
