Thr Great Wall is Covid friendly. They strongly suggest that you order ahead by phone, if its busy keep trying. If you order at the location, they have set it up where the menu is on the window and you order through plexy glass at the door and only one person can order at a time. I wish I would have taken a picture of the food. I got their version of the bourbon chicken. My thoughts of bourbon chicken that I have had was from the malls in America where its grilled chicken thighs in a sauce. This tasted like old chicken thighs and the sauce taste like sweet and sour SALT!!! It had a few pieces of broccoli in it and it came with fried rice. But I had to drain most of the sauce and let the rice...
The atmosphere at the restaurant was very welcoming, with friendly staff all around. Placing an order was a breeze, and the food was served very quickly. While some might leave negative feedback due to a minor language barrier, it's evident that the staff is putting in effort to communicate. I've certainly had worse experiences in the U.S. The aroma of the food is delightful, and I'm eager to enjoy my meal!
This is the worst service ever. The manager is rude and very unprofessional! He was over talking me and didn’t even allow me to speak. This restaurant is very ghetto, i seen workers eating in the kitchen area. How are you making peoples food while eating at the same time?! Very unsanitary. I will not be returning ever…
I used to love this restaurant, but recently I've noticed that whenever I order honey or orange chicken, or any chicken dish, there's hardly any meat in it. What happened? If they don't address this issue, I'm afraid they'll start getting more negative reviews.

I had a great meal at this restaurant—the General Tso's Chicken Lunch Special. The service was prompt and courteous. The interior appeared clean, and the food was high-quality Chinese takeout. It's a solid choice for this type of cuisine.
Fried rice had no flavor, I purchased the broccoli and shrimp, ONLY 4 SHRIMP was on the plate. The other plate was bourbon chicken, the chicken had a weird taste, no flavor. Didn’t look like chicken, had discoloration. Will never return.
The best Chinese food in the city! Your crab dish is amazing. I was searching for a Chinese restaurant that could match the ones in my hometown, and this one definitely comes close. The customer service is excellent as well.
Nice Chinese restaurant when you're in the area. Certain menu items are a hit or miss. The rice can sometimes be boiled, but the chicken is pretty good. If you live in the area, it's a pretty descending place to go.

My friend from New York recommended this place for its great food, and I have to agree! The egg rolls are the best I've had since I left the East Coast, and the shrimp fried rice is also delicious.
The young men who take the orders deliver exceptional customer service, and the food is always delicious.
