I don't normally write reviews, either pro or con, but tonight's experience left me no choice. I am not a regular Greco customer, although years ago I was, but decided to give them a try tonight. I understand that restaurants get busy and I'm glad they are, however, when I ordered my pizza for delivery I was told 45 minutes; my pizza arrived after an hour and a half and was lukewarm at best. My medium works pizza and a 2 litre pop was $35.00 before tip, was cut into 8 pieces, of which I could barely stomach 3. I have worked in the pizza trade, and am a pizza lover...this was the absolute worst pizza I have ever attempted to consume. Sorry Greco but that's my last try for your product. I'll b...
I ordered the Christmas Eve dinner from the new Minas site (I actually from the order by the app on the day before ready for 530 o'clock xmas eve - they are close to 6) I went to the pickup and was told that it just came out of the many .great it will be fresh and hot right? wrong. the pizza was hard and burned (can hardly be a bit in it the ananas was scarce and some pieces had no at all and I am not convinced that it even had hampered the garlic fingers were also hard and thin over boiled speck everything I had one side. We had to eat some and by more than half of it when everything was closed at this point. I am so disappointed and will not go back. what a drop of $30. I'll send the offic...
Order online at 5:49. receive an email at 6:39 that my order was for delivery. called at 7:40 because the tracking app showed that my food was delivered. that wasn't it. the person who answered did not care for the least that it was almost 2 hours since I ordered and an hour since it was marked for delivery. She said the supplier didn't know he was ready and was on the way. 7:49 He appears with my kold, congealed, old pizza, which sat for gott, knows how long before the 5 minutes drive to my house. dreadful service, terrible eating. in a city with several pizzerias I will certainly order elsewhere. 0 stars. if I hadn't paid online, I would have told them to keep it!
Our family have been fans of Greco pizza for years but since the current location in New Minas has been opened they have messed up our order several times in the last two years. Normally we order elsewhere but today we are taking advantage of their specials because we’re having a 16th birthday party for our son. And once again they got the order wrong. Writing this review as I sit here waiting to have another pizza made while a dozen hungry teenagers wait at home. In the future I will most definitely be supporting the local pizza shops aka Big Mikes. Oh and getting a coupon for a free measly 9 inch pizza won’t bring me back. Signed one angry customer.
this was the first time we ordered online, the order was ready when we arrived. when we came to the house and opened the boxes, both the pizza and the garlic fingers were hard over cooked. the toppings were hard and the crust was saturated in fat. first and last time order from here when they are ready to allow a customer holiday with this product.
in my experience the staff of greco new minas and the general manager paul hudson were always very friendly and polite. the load is clean and well maintained, and the only time that I ever had a problem with my order, the team went beyond and beyond to make it right. just to the best Greco locations I ordered. Thank you!
Cheaping out big time on the pizzas got a party pizza and half the pizza was crust , this just one here but whatever happened to the party pizza actually being what it says it is instead of something I could eat myself if I wanted too lol
Had to call 4 times before someone answered, I walked in and the lady looked at me and made me wait 6 minutes before walking over to me and didn’t even apologize for making me wait. Not pleased with the service here at all
Place is amazing, customer service is on point. I have not yet a bad experience in store,However and this is not a reflection of their actual service but delivery fee was 8$ while the Jesse's across the parking lot is 3$.
