Have visited fusion cafe every holidays with my boys for a few years. Love the new cafe huge, amazing atmosphere and love the old building. Was able to share with my boys the history of this grand old building whilst we talked about the amazing windows and roof including the atriums. Food was amazing. Actually visited yesterday with my eldest and the food did not disappoint for the second day in a row!. Friendly, cheery staff always with just enough Christmas decos without over powering the dining experience. Will definitely be back!
The team at Fuzion Cafe is absolutely amazing! Coordinating the breakfast grazing boxes for the bride and groom with Veronica was a seamless experience. The personal delivery on the morning of our wedding day (November 2021) was delightful and made everything so stress-free, even though I answered the door wearing a skincare face mask! I have ordered grazing boxes several times for my parents who live in Echuca, and they have never been disappointed. The food inside is always fresh, and the staff does an excellent job of preparing them. Delivery is consistently prompt and timely as well. The prices are great for the quality you receive, and I highly recommend them.
With one weeks notice I ordered a birthday cake, baby cupcakes and an engagement cake. We had to have gluten free and dairy free for one of them and honestly they nailed exactly what I asked for. Veronica couldn't do enough for me, kept in touch, gave alot of gluten free options and couldn't be happier, very satisfied
