The unsanitary practice I witnessed at Green Fusion is appalling. I realize everyone is short on staff, however with covid and germs in general, staying safe and good sanitary practice is important. Last evening I watched and saw a waitress take french fries and eat them from the plate of a guests she was serving the plate to. Another male worker held the plates in front of her, for her to take to the guest. She served the meal to the table and left. This particular guest was obviously conscience of germs or covid and made a point of coming into the restaurant wearing a mask. She asked if she could set out side with one other guest. Do not recommend. My friend and I ate inside on a slow day- only us in the place. Service was difficult to receive- had to call across the room for assistance. The ‘fresh’ juice was served warm. The food was one note and not flavorful. Restrooms (both) were disgusting even though it was an empty early lunch visit. On the way back from the restroom saw a live mouse to boot. Save your coins and visit another place. Unredeemable. Never experienced anything like this.
SO MANY yummy options on the menu, and all vegan/vegetarian, oh wow it was paradise! I keep kosher and this place is perfect for me and my family. The lasagne was packed with kale and had a slight, Indian spice to it with a delicious, creamy tomato sauce. The tempeh Ruben sauce was amazing. The menu is very creative and the atmosphere is perfectly relaxed and exactly what we were looking for. Staff was very nice and attentive. Definitely coming back!
We ended up going here for a Valentine’s lunch. This was our fourth time but got to meet the owner the first time. He was very kind and friendly, the food was top notch, the ambience spectacular…as a vegetarian I am always looking for good vegetarian/vegan restaurants and this has to be in top 3 in NJ list. The vegan dessert was out of this world! This is definitely going to be a regular spot, especially, if we move closer! Thank you!

To celebrate my birthday, we drove nearly an hour to visit this restaurant, but we were disappointed to find that many items on the menu were unavailable. We decided to order only their burger, wrap, soup, and hummus as appetizers. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great and took a long time to come out. There were only us and one other table dining, and we had a reservation. I don’t think we’ll be returning.
I got food to go, and it spent a half an hour in the containers. The taste was good, but textures started to suffer from the time spent in transit. Fusion Flatbread was good, Buffalo cauliflower was delish, the Tempeh Reuben wasn’t made with tempeh was more Seitan was okay, not the best Reuben I’ve had. I arrived at opening time and food was ready quickly. Looking forward to trying more things!
Food was super tasty! Loved their onion tart , fries , Manchurian bowl! The ambiance was pretty good and cleanliness was well maintained! Very good options for vegetarians and vegan food lovers! Definitely revisiting this restaurant!
Mary was an incredible serving partner. The food was amazing. The cauliflower bites are the best I've had, the seitan was very tasty, and the cheesecake was stellar. Definitely go here even if you're not vegan.

I have Celiac and they were able to accommodate me when I went with my husband. We've visited a few times and absolutely love the atmosphere and food. Highly recommend.
Fantastic vegan restaurant! It's situated in the downtown area and has outdoor seating available. The food was incredible! I'll definitely be returning!
