We have had several disappointing experiences at this restaurant. Despite this, we decided to give it another try after a year had passed. I ordered a pizza with one topping changed to pepperoni, and my mom ordered a calzone. After waiting for 30 minutes, our food arrived, but my pizza had no toppings and my mom's calzone had very few ingredients, mostly cheese. The server took our food back and re-ordered it, resulting in an additional 40-minute wait. My pizza only had pepperoni this time. It was adequate at best. There was a limited menu. And I had thought it was just a pizza place but there's nothing to suggest that they are predominantly a pizza restaurant. With that said we do not go into the restaurant expecting to order a pizza which I'm sure would have been excellent if that's what we had wanted but we got the nachos and a pasta dish. I guess when you're hungry the pasta was okay but a little greasy for me the portion wasn't that large but I still filled up on it. The biggest disappointment with that was there's no bread offered with it or the choice of soup or salad. The nachos look like something I could have made at home in the microwave just basically chips I think...
My wife and I, visited this location Saturday 5-18-2019. when we entered there was a 15 min wait so we pre ordered our pizza seeing that it was a deep dish, we were seated and ordered drinks, awhile after the server said our pizza was just put in the oven and it would be ready in 40 min, mind you it has already been 30 min since we pre ordered our pizza. we told him we pre ordered, no record of it and we had the receipt the receptionist gave us. the manager (waitress) did offer us a free soup or bread and we declined as we just had driven 25 min for a deep dish pizza. at the end of our dinning experience we revived $8 bucks off our bill. that is what the bill should have been since the pizza...
Waited fifteen minutes for the server to bring my beer. The menu was quite limited compared to past visits. The food was very bland, not impressed at all. I had to ask for more ketchup and after the fries were cold and I finally saw the waitress again I reminded her and she finally brought it to me. Another server had to get me another beer because my server seemed to have disappeared. The second server was very nice and personable and made up for a lot of my irritation with the original girl. Overall it was not a great experience. I've been here before and this is not what I expected. Probably an off night, but don't order the walleye sandwich. I've eaten tastier cardboard.

Ordered pizza, wings and kids Mac and cheese. Took an hour for delivery. We didn’t not receive the Mac and cheese. They credited us for that, but the pizza was cold and hard, the wings were cold. Also who ever is packing the celery maybe look at it first don’t send out rotating food. General rule if you would not eat it don’t serve to your customers. Not a great experience. Update, we never got the credit for the Mac and cheese! We’ll never order from here again.
Went here for lunch with a girlfriend. Kathy was our server and very attentive. I like the menu for the variety but most of all the calorie information. I asked Kathy about chicken stir fry salad and she highly recommend. She put the dressing on side so I could take home what I did not eat. It was warm and I truly enjoyed. My girlfriend had garden flat bread and enjoyed. I enjoyed the vanilla cutie drink for my BD. I will return with my husband for a meal.
Absolutely wonderful pizza and staff. Deep dish is worth the wait! Though I did pay for extra cheese and didn't feel like there was a difference between the normal cheese and the extra, I normally don't pay to get more cheese but I did this time and was disappointed in that. HOWEVER, it's still amazing and worth every penny, staff is friendly and overworked but great!
I'm glad to be back at this restaurant! I tried the Mill Burger and it was delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo, but I definitely recommend getting one. The portion size was generous. If you're really hungry, I suggest also getting a salad. The Italian Margherita is fantastic - it's a unique twist on the classic margarita with a shot of Amaretto.

The food was delicious and the **** Mary was excellent, but the service was terrible! The manager was kind and offered us a discount when she found out how long it was taking for our food to arrive. However, we waited over an hour for the appetizer and then another 30 minutes for our main dishes.
The new Greek turkey hoagie is to die for absolutely delicious!! Service is outstanding and super friendly! Love the mug feature.
