I am on a very strict diet (vegan, oil free, sugar free). I don’t even go to restaurants because of the accommodations I need but Green Papaya has been such a blessing. They are so attentive to the needs and accomodations of their customers. You can feel secure eating at the Green Papaya knowing that you are eating of the highest quality and the most honest. Absolutely wonderful and charming experience at one of our favorite Thai restaurants in CT. We drive over 40 minutes to visit Dirk (a wonderful character, who always shares funny stores) and his family business. The coconut dishes are where it’s at: Tom Kar soup, Wild Boar basil, and coconut ice cream have me salivating writing this review. It’s a small, homely space but just goes great with the family experience. Thank you Dirk and everyone at green Papaya. Can’t wait to visit again.
