I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. As a first-time visitor, I ordered a coffee, two pastries, and a loaf of bread. I found myself waiting longer than expected after paying, only to learn that they were defrosting the bread I had ordered. I wasn't shocked that the coffee was undrinkable, but when I took a bite of the lemon bar, I had to throw it away. My child tried their pastry and said it was below average. I love the other businesses in the area, so I was surprised to find that the bakery didn't meet my expectations.
My wife and I went in today to try a local bakery was told that a chocolate cake was 7.95 only for the woman behind the counter to tell us that the cake was 21.95 then she said 17.95 after originally telling us it was 7.95 what a joke won't be going back there was other people in there at the time when this happened moral to story goto weinricks in willow Grove never going back would give 0 stars if I could..
I can't say enough good things about this bakery! So very kind and helpful for our recent virtual shower. The cake was delicious--as were the quiches and donuts. I have never been there, but the guest of honor lives close by their bakery, so I reached out to them. I am so appreciative and I hope to be able to stop in some day and pick up some cakes to bring home. I recommend them highly.
I really want to support local businesses, but I've had some issues here. When the cakes are made on time, they're fantastic. However, this place struggles with time management and communication. On two occasions, my cakes were delivered late and incorrectly. If they had a better understanding of their daily orders, this could have easily been a 4-star review or higher. I'm a picky sticky bun fan, but most places don't do them justice. I have to admit that this tiny, out-of-the-way bakery has the best sticky buns I've eaten in the Philly area. Yes, even better than Bieler's in Reading Terminal Market. I only stopped here because my car was at my Citgo mechanic, Rick (also the best in area), across the street.
This is the worst bakery I've ever encountered. The quality of the food is extremely poor. I bought a few muffins, and they all had a burnt flavor or tasted rancid. The butter cookies didn’t taste like butter at all. I will never again waste my time or money here; everything I tried was terrible.
Do not go here. I went in and the two women working there didn't have their masks on. They put them on when they saw me come in, but the one didn't have hers cover her nose. Obviously they aren't being safe with Covid and honestly it smells like cigarettes in there.
We had an extraordinary time in this spot. We enjoyed the excellent environment and the food. The staff members are super welcoming. I am glad we finally decided to visit this place. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We bought some pastries there. This place has wide selection! You can choose from cookies, challah, rutebagas, donuts, and more. I was so happy I couldn't just pick one
