I visited on the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. I have been to this cafe before and I love that they have creative vegetarian/vegan options. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is pleasant. My only complaint this time is that I could see the staff making my wrap with bare hands. I was looking around the cafe when they started, so I can't say if they washed their hands, but it seems like gloves should be worn when handling food, or make it very clear (with signs, etc) that the staff is well trained and taking precautions with hand washing. I took the food to go and when I told my husband, he didn't even want to eat his half of the wrap. Definitely a turn off.
This restaurant has an excellent variety of truly healthy organic food, cosmetics, and supplements. They offer locally sourced organic fruits and vegetables. There's also a nice selection of wines, including organic options. While we don't eat much meat, many of our friends rave about their offerings of meat, poultry, and fish. The cafeteria serves great coffee, sandwiches, snacks, and more. We absolutely love this place and wish we lived closer! The spice selection is fantastic, and definitely don’t overlook the chocolate section—it's hard to miss because the variety is remarkable. I'm on my way there now!
This is an excellent natural food store and café. I make it a point to visit every time I'm in Door County. Many of the vegetables are sourced locally, including from the owner's farm, Kathy. You can find everything from Collectivo coffee to organic dog food. Be sure to check out the hand-dyed Guatemalan scarves as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, particularly the white-haired stockboy.
We had a great lunch here in the garden. The Veggie Burger Sandwich was very fresh tasting with raw cheddar and the Roma Panini had a very generous amount of fresh mozzarella. Having a spot in Egg Harbor with fresh vegetarian food and a natural store to buy snacks is very convenient. Highly recommend stopping here for either breakfast or lunch.

Lady that waited on us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got a few all natural snack items and new Marsala dishes to try. I got a little bag of what was marked as chocolate covered ginger but they were definitely expresso beans still good but I wanted something new. Turkish apricots were pretty nice but not as sweet as others I had.
It is so wonderful to find this treasure in Door County. The variety of natural and organic foods is amazing and the deli has delicious salads, veggie burgers and smoothies. This is my go-to place every day when I am visiting the area. Did I mention the knowledgeable staff who really help educate people who have questions?!
We spent a long weekend in the Sunset apartment located above the cafe, and it was such a delightful experience. Having a natural food grocery store and juice bar right downstairs was incredibly convenient. We kicked off each day with morning smoothies and enjoyed fresh juice every afternoon. I highly recommend both!
We usually come to Greens N Grains for some juices and a wrap to share for the road as we are leaving Door County after a long weekend. Last Sunday, the juice bar wasn't completely open for food, but the manager was kind enough to make us a wrap anyway. It was so fresh; the best one we've ever had! Thank you so much.

Yummy! I was there 3 times in one week.I had juice, soup, bought groceries and a pair of pants. Everything was great!
