A few weeks ago, they gave me a stale piece of pumpkin cake and I had to walk back there to request a fresh one. Today, I ordered a vegan burrito which I 've ordered before and usually comes out pretty quickly. The cashier and barista are both very rude, unprofessional. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing the cashier take care of 3 people before she decides to put the burrito in the microwave. Instead of apologizing and saying she forgot she looks at me and says in a passive aggressive way, Your burrito is on its way, sir. There always seem to be new people who don't know the job. They undercook their scones. Raw dough. The staff is really unevenly skilled. You can order the same drink and get two espresso shots one day, and one shot the next, depending on who is making your drink and certain folks making the drinks think add milk means fill the cup all the way to the top with milk.... skip this location and go straight over to Broadway. The mgr at that location was amazing, she had it running like a swiss time piece. Perfect results every day. Wish my office hadn't moved!
I visited the restaurant to pick up my order, but was informed by a female barista that it was not ready. I decided to wait, but my order was actually prepared and waiting for me while I waited. The staff did not apologize for the confusion and appeared indifferent to the situation. Both female employees seemed unprofessional and rude, lacking in customer service skills. It may be beneficial for them to receive training in this area or seek employment elsewhere.
I dropped by this coffee shop for a quick coffee on a rainy day between meetings, and I really enjoyed my experience! While it’s a small place, there are a few tables to sit at. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I found the Fall Oat Boy to be delicious—and the pun was amusing too! I’ll definitely return!

If you're in search of a decent coffee, I would recommend steering clear of this place! We ordered a flat white, but it ended up tasting like burnt coffee combined with watery milk.
Nothing special. I used to take my coffee from Gregotys because i used to work at wall street area.
Great service and even better coffee thank you for keeping me awake in the morning.
The Honey Badger is quite impressive if you're a fan of sweet coffee.
