New owners are rude, they’ve ruined what used to be my local. Due to their own issues they are abrupt with customers including myself and make it an unpleasant environment. I have never once done anything within the establishment to warrant this kind of behaviour and I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve been in to the premises since the previous manager left over a year ago. If you want pleasant bar staff and a pint in a pub with a welcoming, friendly atmosphere then I would avoid the griffin
Me and my other half popped in to pass some time waiting for our house purchase to be completed. The guy behind the bar was lovely and very down to earth. We didn't order food, just drinks. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
