Grill And Bake - Tisch reservieren

Been using this kebab house every week for well over 6 years. They delivered a pizza with olives on that I didn’t order. They said that they would collect the food but never did, the food ended up being returned by me in person two days later as they said we had eaten it, to this day I still haven’t received a refund! Really poor customer service to their loyal customers!! I still await my refund!!! You know where we live and have chose to ignore giving us our money back!!! Will not recommend to anyone in the future!!

Ordered a meal deal for me and friends delivery was supposed to be 44 mins food arrived over an hour later, pizza and chips were cold and they'd sent the wrong kebab. Tbf they did say they'd deliver the correct kebab, then had to ring back as we found out the pizza was also cold, asked for a refund but was told they'd just send us another pizza and swap it for the cold one. By this time my friends had to leave hungry and out of pocket. Normally use grill and bake a lot but won't be bothering now.

I placed an order for food, but received a call from a woman informing me that the driver was refusing to deliver to my house. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, yet they cancelled my order and refused to deliver my food. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with them today.

Don’t wast your time, delivery service is non existent and they just keep lying. Ordered at 7:30 food didn’t arrive until after 9:30 by that time the kids were asleep. Staff just keep saying driver is around the corner, stop lying!!

Never knew about this place until now and it’s the best food place around here wouldn’t order from anywhere els!!
