This restaurant has a menu in English yet hardly any of the waiting staff could speak a word which made communication difficult. However, I 'm fairly sure when any customer asks for a steak to be cooked medium (or medio as the Spanish would say), then it is pretty universally known how the steak should be served but not at this restaurant! I had to send my steak back three times because it was undercooked and all the chef did was sear it more on the outside! Very AMATURE cooking in my opinion and an insult to any steak lover. To call themself a 'grill ' restaurant is simply laughable! My wife and I both had a steak and both were tough as they had not left the steak to rest so our plates were...
Llevamos varios años comiendo algún día durante nuestra estancia en Las Palmas. Este año hemos ido con más frecuencia y se han vuelto a superar. La atención del personal, desde Celso, José,... y de todo el personal, la calidad del producto, el local, todo muy bien. Un apunte especial para el dueño D. Carmelo; amable atento, cariñoso, que a su vez nos trasmite que lo importante para él y su restaurante no es el beneficio en si mismo sino la satisfacción del cliente, algo que dice trasmite y demuestra . the valuation only deserves for the meat that was very good , the rest iara forget .local old , little ventilated ( wide windows and yet almost closed to the complete something unforgivable in the times that run and with a climate like that of great Canaria ). card on worn paper and with very little attractive proposals. correct service but in haste. bad dishes presented and what is said, the only value is meat.
Es una excelente opción para comer carne en la isla. El personal es muy agradable y te atienden bastante rápido. Nosotros probamos los langostinos con aguacates, la paletilla y la pierna de cordero y, aunque los primeros nos parecieron un poco sosos, la paletilla y la pierna nos resultaron deliciosos. Sin duda, volveremos.

Almuerzo espectacular en un restaurante que nunca falla, entrantes excelentes, carnes sabrosas y una atención desde la misma entrada de todo el equipo humano que trabaja para hacernos pasar un día en familia inolvidable. Agradecimiento al señor Agustín, Celso y Musta. Volveremos sin ninguna duda
Very fast service. The T bone steak was extremely good! The only downside was the accessories; one cooked potato and one slice of paprika. The red wine recommendation we got was very good, but high alcohol percentage so we got very tipsy from it.
very friendly, attentive and fast staff. the food was really good as well and I ordered my steak medium and got it medium (which is rare here). I can definitely recommend this restaurant also for the great views if you sit outside
I went to dinner 3 nights to this restaurant, as always I stayed in the palms. It is always very good (both meat and fish. I recommend cherry). They treat me like a movie and I'll always come back.
