After returning to the Challes in the summer and looking for a previous favorite restaurant during the regeneration work, a quick search of the Internet brought this place up. And what a place it is. We received a very kind greeting and were offered...in the interior or exterior seat; we went for the garden as it was extremely hot. The interior is really very beautiful, with a cozy atmosphere despite its size, but the garden is also beautifully shaded by a hedge and trees. After searching for 20 minutes to find an open restaurant (july 8 on the way to Geneva, we found this place. It doesn't look special outside. We were greeted at the door and had a nice table. After seeing the records of the other guest, we decided that 1 record is enough. My husband had a very good grilled entrecote, my son enjoyed a mighty Burger safyard and my grilled Kamnbert was great. Desserts looked great, but we had enough. Very good service. Very glad we left the car route and found this friendly place. Honest food at the honest price.
I stopped at this restaurant by chance. On a Tuesday lunchtime it was almost full with local workers. My grilled Bavette was delicious. Unlike some other reviewers, I really enjoy a chargrilled flavour. I had a baked potato with chive sauce and my partner had...hand made fries. The steaks also came with a choice of peppercorn or blue cheese. I was most envious of the grilled camembert enjoyed by a nearby diner. The service was good and I would return if I was ever in the area.
the servers are thoughtful and very pleasant, the service is organized and fast. The dishes are really good. prices may seem a little high, but when you treat yourself as much as the quality of the products, and you see that the majority of the products are local, it is justified. Both my daughter and I really enjoyed the food here, we had the beef burger (boiled to our taste) salad and chips. The ambience was cozy and relaxed. We are from Ireland and while we tried to speak French, we were accompanied by a very pleasant young man who worked there who spoke very good English. Prices may be a little on the high side, but I won't go back.
good address, quality meats, service nice one of our best visits for these few days of vacation, just adding a little (tress) elevated. but for a few days we have sometimes eaten less well for identical rates, so we only keep the right side.. we will return bernard
A chalet experience with a warm and friendly welcome. Steaks should die. Would recommend a booking. The open fire adds the theatre of the evening. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.
A second heaven for carnivores, old fashioned winter (red) decor. OK quality meats, fair quantities and efficient service. Good value. The wine list is good value try the Pauillac

One of the worst bars I ever been on. The price was very expensive and we felt they were cheating us.
The service was very arrogant and rude.
Excellent grilled meat prepared in front of you. Homemade french fries and sauces. Try the savoie specalties or a nice pig trotters!
