We tried to order some burgers, but unfortunately, they were out of stock, and the server wasn't aware of it. As a result, the meals for the other tables arrived before ours. We went shortly after opening, and I have to say, the bathrooms were in a messy state—paper towels scattered everywhere and overflowing trash cans. When our food finally came, it was only mediocre. Honestly, I would recommend opting for fast food instead—it's cheaper, quicker, and of better quality. On a positive note, the service was decent, aside from the lack of information about the menu.
The portion sizes were probably the most disappointing aspect given the price of the meal. If you arrive hungry, you might leave feeling the same way. I was honestly expecting a more substantial burger, but it turned out to have more bun than toppings and meat. That said, the Gringo burger did have decent flavor. I'm not trying to criticize this place too harshly; I just had higher expectations.
My food was served very cold, and unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy my meal with my date. The burger had no flavor whatsoever, and the mixed drink tasted just like water. If you're in search of a great burger, I highly recommend going to BAD DADDY'S Burger Bar instead. I was quite disappointed, and it really frustrated me to waste $30 like that.
Currently eating here and the amount I f flies flying just around our table is disgusting. The burger was decent and server was nice. The skinny fries are better at McDonald’s

Johanna was the greatest waitress we've had in quite a while. So cheerful and gracious! She made our lunch special, and made Grill Marks look good! Thank you Johanna!
Christine and Sophia were awesome. Christine made us wonderful tequila shots, Sophia was super attentive and kind. We will definitely be back next time we’re in SC
The fancy milkshakes were anything but. Ridiculously expensive, were melted when brought to us, very small. McDonald 's has better milkshakes and service.
Nice place with good burgers. Joel did a great job for us! Give it a try. The shakes are good.
